We order everything to curbside pickup. And it works very well. But twice now we’ve ordered curbside at petsmart on broadway, and waited for 3 days then looked at app to see our was ready. But no email was sent to let us know. And when we asked about it, we were told that they’re system was down and couldn’t send emails. So I guess I can go to the petco down the street
I dropped off both of my bernedoodles off in hopes of finding a new groomer and having good results. I paid almost $300 for them to butcher my dogs! I’m in complete shock and question the experience they have! I would not recommend taking your dogs to get groomed here.. Nice people and fast service!
The entire store is always well stocked with a plethora of knowledge and supplies. I have a pac man frog and your reptile supplies are numerous, again, well-stocked with a selection unmatched in this area and reasonable prices. I have also adopted my dogs from Heartland as seen at your store. Your staff, as well as the coordinators that make sure the store is friendly, well-stocked with a true selection of supplies is beyond stellar. Thank you!
The groomers are so loving that Layla is excited to leave me.
I had an issue with an online order being cancelled, I spoke to one of the employees about my situation and he was more than happy to help me out. The staff were very friendly and I am so grateful for their assistance in my predicament.
We are going through puppy training with Skye. She is very patient and knowledgeable about puppy and their needs.
All the tanks have ick, lots of dead fish, including 6 dead bettas in cups on the shelves (1 that you could tell had been there quite some time in an advanced state of decay). When notified of the problem months ago nothing has been done. I do not recommend this store. The employees were however friendly and did try to answer my basic questions however they have no clue what they are selling.
