the cashier was rude when asked about whether she would get someone to adjust the price on some parakeets that were on sale.
Very rude cashier she should not be tending to customers talking to customers in the manner she talked to me. Her comment to me was “ DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT
Poor customer service poor taste in choices of rescues. PetSmart needs to start investigating the rescue they associate with. Extremely expensive and very rude associates. Avoid adopting any cat on Saturdays until.u visit the physical location of the rescues you will be appalled
Took my toddler to look at the fish and birds today and as we passed a tank of fish there had to be 4-5 or more dead fish just floating! I even asked employee why were the fish just floating (acting like I didn’t know) and she said “oh they’re dead”. Where is management? All those fish just didn’t die overnight. Who is in charge of checking to see what is dead and how quickly to remove it? Not a good selling point and def shows that employees don’t care.
I absolutely love the warm welcome feeling I get as soon as I walk in the door. Everyone is so kind and helpful and the store is always clean! I never take my fur babies anywhere else!
I have been going to Petsmart on occasion for many years. I just had the most wonderful experience with one of the employees at this location which cemented my loyalty to the company. I have been forced to make the difficult decision to have my parents take care of my two dogs while my husband and I live out of the country for 2 years.
