Buy $500 worth of cat products, leave the store and realize they didn't give us a bag of toys, only to be talked disgustingly to over the phone by one of their employees when we called to ask about it. Will no longer be getting my business.

Staff is always extremely helpful and courteous. We enjoyed having Jessica train our dog, Rowdy for the last few weeks. She was awesome and we plan to come back when the next level is offered.

Tonight was our first experience ever with banfield and we were really pleased with them. The staff there is really nice and make it very welcoming and as first time pet owners we were nervous and they helped us get everything we need for our precious baby. She means the world to us and mrs McGuire is our baby's vet and she made us feel more comfortable with knowing and helping her to get what she will need to keep her happy . Looking forward to taking our Harper Primrose back and getting more loves from the staff.
