RecommendedI took my chiwienie today to grooming Salon to get her nails trimmed and they are so sweet and awesome with her, she hates it but they are so good with her. I love this salon. The girls in there are really really awesome

Previously we had a bad experience with a poorly trained groomer cutting our pet. I left a comment about it and got an email for the "Store Leader" that assured me it would not happen again. I used to recommend this Grooming store until my experience yesterday. Worst service ever. I scheduled my appointment and told person I would need to drop off early which I was told was no problem. I went there at 845 and the store opens at 9. The store staff let me in and told me they weren't sure anyone was in Grooming area. I went back and waited for 45 minutes. The grooming salon is absolutely AMAZING. The ladies who work there are passionate about what they do and the health and well-being of the animals. They always take care of my boy!
Grace In grooming dept. Knows how to handle my pit who hates having his nails cut and my shepherd who has back leg issues and needs to rest periodically.
Brought my beagle Snoopy to Pet Smart in Harriman (monroe). He’s been to groomers many times for baths and nails and has NEVER had a problem. In fact, past groomers always comment on how well behaved and easy he is.
