They put up with me being a first time grooming mom, being in the way! They took good care of the Princess!
I will never buy from them again. I bought 2 hamster and one died a day after I bought it and the other died today 15 days after. My son was devastated because he really loved Leeo, the one who died today. I beleived they sold me one of the hamster sick(wet tail), which made the other one sick as well. I bought another hamster at Petco and the lady knew what she was doing and they also offer 30 days warranty which include vet if your pet needs it at no cost to the costumer. horrible customer service

horrible service. completely incompetent. groomers don't know what they are doing or how to handle dogs. supposedly my dog "lept" off the table.... he would have hung himself if he was properly leashed. and if there actually was a problem or "attack" authorities would have been involved. Great place, I use all their services, grooming,, Banfield Vet, training classes for my dog, lol we're in there so much they all know THOR. Great group of people.
