Recently I had an amazing experience with the grooming salon. After a not-so-great cut with one of the associates, I called let them know I was unhappy. They invited me back with my normal groomer, Sarah, and they completely took care of my dog. He looks fabulous! I sincerely appreciate that they took the time to correct the situation. Sarah is an amazing groomer, and I highly recommend her!
PetSmart has always been a greyt partner. We hold a meet and greet there every third Sunday of the month from 1-3, for GPA a retired racing greyhound adoption group. PetSmart has always been welcoming and considerate. A good family place.
Nikki and Nolli's favorite place to shop! They always feel welcome, while shopping for food, new toys, or a warm sweater. And, they always enjoy seeing other doggies along the way.
How are you going to lock your doors 5 minutes before you are supposed to close. I knew exactly what I needed to get in and out within that 5 minutes but you locked your doors early. Second the grooming has really went down. You are supposed to cut my dogs nails when they get a bath, don't tell me that you couldn't do it because you were too busy. That is part of what I am paying you for. Never using the grooming services again.
