This location is horrible all the way around. It's dark and dreary for 1. 2. we found 1 single person that helped us. 3. our cashier had no customer service skills what so ever. He was more worried about his coworkers schedule than our sick baby puppy we had. Definitely make the trip to visit Sam Ridley location.
The grooming was an absolutely nightmare and the employees in there are horrendous! I got there 5 minutes early for my pups appt. they were rude and told me they weren’t ready and to go walk around. I did. 10 minutes later I get a phone call from them saying I’m missing my appt. I said no you told me to walk around, I’ll be there in a second. Me and my boyfriend went inside to look at the cats because we were interested in adopting one of them. We waited well over 30 minutes for the lady to get to us and we had asked if we were able to look at the one we were interested in and ACTUALLY pet it to see how it was before we would adopt it. There was no sign on the door of the cat room saying anything about us not being able to pet a cat before adopting. RecommendedThe groomers at Petsmart, great their four legged clients like children going to play school. Second time that I took my Mother's dog, Lily to get groomed and nails done. I have been very pleased with their work on her.
The grooming salon is rude
I have two teacup poms and they love it there. Halie did their haircuts tonight and my boys always look so cute. I love how friendly they are and tell me they are always so good. �
