Will never go to Old Fort PetSmart again! Last week I order things to be picked up in the store for "same day pick-up." They never got the order, but charged my card for it. Then today..... Worst experience ever. Had two appointments for my dogs. One groom, one bath. Some how the grooming appointment didn't get booked, so they had to just get to him when they could. they have no clue about age or sex of any of their animals. manager was rude
We took 2 dogs for grooming yesterday and when my husband got them home it was apparent they had not been groomed at all! They are 11 and 13 years old. They were there from 11-3:30. The whole grooming thing is stressful for them being older dogs. I called the grooming Dept and asked to speak to the manager and was told they didn’t have one. Not surprised! They offered to refund us or to bring them back to be groomed. How can you charge $111 and send 2 dogs home without providing the services paid for? Unbelievable!🤔
Employees are friendly and pet friendly!! lol I wish they had more Christmas gifts for different animals. We have a bunny, 2 dwarf hamsters, cat, and a dog!! We love all pets and next adventure will be a reptile!!
Very disappointed of the grooming service salon, today I took my dog for a full service and after 3 hours they delivered my dog supposedly ready, but I received him with the same lizards in the part of his eyes that He had before and also still with some dirt on his fur, I think the only thing they did was cutted his hair and perfume it. the worst $ 65 dollars thrown away
My canine baby loves to come to the groomers at PetSmart!
