Not good when you go in to buy fish and wait for 30 mins. Another couple comes in and gets help in the same dept asking tons of questions about tanks yet come in after you. And never buy a tank!! Should have been a 10 min ordeal that turned into 45 mins.
I arrived with my 2 Maltese for services. One getting a bath and the other grooming. I was told when I got there the scheduled groomer was in the hospital and that the dog getting the bath was switched to another groomer but there wasn't another groomer able to do the other one. Say what?? I was told someone called and left a message. Not!! Bad business!! It's Saturday and no way can I get them a bath anywhere else on short notice. Mind you, I don't live close by. We have used the groomers here for over 13 years, Vickie does an amazing job and the dogs love her. This is my first time using the puppy training and I loved it! My puppy, Cas, was very comfortable and receptive to the trainer.
Amanda is the best groomer there. My father in law used her before as groomer and now we only go to her to take care of my 2 babies.
We get our dog Hank groomed and the Old Fort Petsmart Kayla was his groomer!! She does an awesome job every time!! If you go ask for Kayla!!
