AMAZING PLACE! Richard has been our trainer for about 7 months and has changed our dogs behavior incredibly. I have a 9 month old husky named Vista and he is very obedient because of Richard. My family has also signed our other two huskies Sniper and Clover up for classes with Richard. He is the best trainer and knows his stuff. He is a loyal teacher and cares deeply about his students and his dogs. He has taken time to help each dog individually that needs it. Absolutely terrible, we took our golden retriever in to get a grooming and they called us and said she threw up so they couldn't finish but you actually cut her neck with the clippers and said nothing!?
Keep your receipt, if not they treat you like a thief saying," it's a high ticket item, we can't return it." Didn't even want my money back, wanted to buy other things I could use. I guess Petco treats customers better, the manager didn't even talk to me just gave me a number to call, funny thing is I found the receipt today.
