The groomers always do such a great job!! Our little one just loves Miss Savannah.
Horrible customer service in grooming. Manager on duty today 3.24.19 at 1pm was extremely rude. It should not take 2 hours for my dog to get a nail trim. We had an appointment, as I am waiting 4 people with out appointments came in and were ushered on in. I will not be back here, what a shame too. I normally never leave a negative review anywhere, but this was just pathetic.
You guys did a great job on my little man and it was his first time❤️❤️. I couldn’t leave a tip on my credit card so people’s remember to use debit and get cash back. I will definitely go to the same girl and tip extra next time! Thx y’all so much!
Charles is the bomb! He is very knowledgeable regarding Cichlids and other types of fish. He has helped my husband and I tremendously with our tank and all of the many wiestions we've had. I recommend him and this PetSmart location 100%. He is the only person we will ask from here on out, as we trust what he has to say. Thank you, Charles!
Purchased a guinea pig last week and they said they cover vet bill within 14 days of purchase. Took him in today and the manager literally told me they will only cover the cost if I returned him for a refund and left him there for 28 days of his treatment and then possibly repurchase him once he is healed. I don't want a refund and I should be able to keep my pet and take care of him at home!! Their pet care policy is outrageous and despicable. I'm disgusted. Don't buy fish from this store. Their filtration is horrible. You can see evidence of high ammonia, and fish frequently have ick. All their tanks (which are extremely overcrowded) are on the same filtration system. Today there was 2 dead fish just floating in tanks. It's very easy to remove dead fish. If you work in that area, you should be on top of it. It takes less than a minute to scoop dead fish out, thus making the tanks more appealing. Brought my cat in for a shave and a bath because of the summer coming on. First off the “cat groomer” was late by 10 minutes. Then when I was checking in, her attitude was completely shitty. My cat didn’t agree with the bath so the lady couldn’t do it. That’s fine, no problem with that. When I asked how the shave went she said that my cat did great and it was fine.
