We are attending training with our Pitpull Puppy at this time. We can not say anything negative about the training. Richard is an excellent trainer and our Pitbull loves him!!!!
Richard is the most amazing dog trainer!!! I have my dog Marlo in a puppy class and it has been the most amazing experience we have 12 more weeks before we test and receive our cgc certificate!! I know we will pass because Richard is the best trainer!!
I find it very interesting after a formal grievance against Richard, the dog trainer that there has been multiple defenders for Richard posted here on Facebook. He must be a real "whiner" in his classes. I too, witnessed very unprofessional, punitive treatment to a young dog in his class recently. My advice is ask to observe his classes before signing up with him or go with a training school that uses positive reinforcement modality like "All Breed Rescue and Training" for an example. We have our 6 month old puppy in training with Richard and we are so happy with her progress! We start CGC soon and would not take a training class from anyone else!! Richard is fabulous with the dogs and parents! The whole staff is wonderful! Our puppy LOVES going to Petsmart!!
My baby Pacal just graduated puppy class and I am so proud of her and thankful to Richard for working with her and me. Richard is a great trainer and gets to know each of the dogs personalities while instructing the class. My dog was very shy and timid and Richard really helped her come out of her shell. Aside from learning the behaviors required for the class, Pascal has grown in confidence. I see such a change in her and am so pleased with the puppy training!
Very friendly staff. Excellent trainers. We have worked specifically with Richard and I highly recommend him. Our 6 month old puppy has made great strides in a short amount of time
I love this store! We have been shopping here religiously for years. Also our puppy at 8 months of age graduated just yesterday with her CGC. Richard's training is top notch! He not only trains dogs but teaches pet parents how to make training fun! We also applied The techniques we learned in his classes with our other dog who is 3 years of age, and he can do everything my puppy can do! I would recommend Richard to anyone looking for a pet trainer!
