I walked all around the store to find somebody to help me, found no one. When I went up to the cashier she was extremely rude. She paged someone, and after 15 minutes still no one came so we left empty handed. Incredibly terrible customer service.
My corgi has been going to this location for grooming for a very long time. The ladies that work there are awesome. They are always willing to help and listen to concerns. I have NEVER had a problem with anyone working there. I recommend this location for shopping and grooming.

This location is straight garbage! My dog had a 4 hours grooming appointment scheduled and I received a call not even 40 minutes from the time I droppped him off stating that I needed to come get my dog! The quality of work is horrible and it's as if my dog had been adused! He was still wet and not even fully blown out. I will never bring my dog back to such a shit hole of a place.
I don't know how they got 4 out of 5 stars on here because on their website they sure don't. The grooming department is a joke and seems to be getting abusive with my dog. She used to like going but the last couple times she cried when I took her. The last time I took her they did such a poor job on her and the poor thing was shaking. I usually don't leave bad reviews for any company but this needs to be said as a warning to others. Don't let your fur babies get hurt.
