Paid for the furminator package and he had clumps and clumps of fur coming off when we got home. I had to brush him again and this is the result of just 20 mins. They also never did the nail trim or grind that we paid for as a part of the coconut spaw package. Very disappointed.
we were just at petsmart and we were waiting by the fish area. to buy some minnows we waited for over 20 30 mins. My kids were by the fish decor with my husband. I went to go look for some help. and the lady asked for us to leave the fish decor aisle. she was very freaking rude and started to yell at my husband and kids what kind of workers yell at kids to hell with this store and its employees.

I just picked up my dog. He is a 3 year old husky mixed. We have paid for puppy and adult training and he is really friendly. I was just yelled at by the lady when I told her that he was still wet after paying about $80 to get him washed. She got upset with me and yelled he isn’t soaking wet. I said no not at all. But his whole body is wet and he was here over 3 hours and this was apart of the service. Got to the cashier and his leash broke. She said they had to muzzle him and hold him down. RecommendedWe boarded our dog at PetSmart Pets Hotel this last weekend. What a wonderful experience for us and our dog. It’s very clean and the staff are really friendly. They took real good care of our dog Whiskey!
Took our dog to get groomed, not only did she come back with the worst cut I've seen. We got charged to brush a bald dog. Customer service was so awful!!! Morgan has been terribley shaving dogs for 10 years? Awful. Poor dog has very uneven fur, her beard is so uneven, and cuts all over. Just lost customers that visit around 3 times a week. Way to go Petsmart.
I'm sorry but the service I got on my dog was very poor chunks missing from his face and paws not touched I'm disgusted and won't be bringing my dog back to petsmart.
We have our dog in the training course. Very helpful and seems to really know what she's doing!
