If I could give negative stars I would. I rented a carpet shampooer from them twice. The first time, no issues. The next time, my fiance returned it and it had a few strands of hair in it, and I mean a couple strands. It's a shampooer from a pet store, so yeah it will have some hair. I've been shopping a Pet Smart for a long time. But now they no longer stock Wellness dog food for small dogs. So I will shop some other pet store.

Our golden retriever got the ferrminator treatment yesterday. It is so expensive that we don't do it more than about every 6 months. In between she gets baths there. But lately when we pick her up she looks fresh but doesn't really smell fresh. For $84 a treatment you'd expect your dog to smell good for at least a few days. Am I the only one thinking this is quite steep???

I stood in the fish department while three staff people chitchatted and watch me look into every single tank, read every single tag and at no point did they acknowledge me, ask me if I needed help and we’re concerned about the time to see how long their shift was going to be. Totally disappointing considering I spent hundreds of dollars there on pet items, grooming and more.
