RecommendedThey have a friendly and knowledgeable stuff. My only complaint is I bought two hamsters from them for my children birthday and the person who sold me said they said they was about eight weeks old. To make a long story short one of the hamsters was not putting on any weight or growing like the other , this morning when I got up that hamster was dead. I think they sold me a sick hamster because the other one Is very playful and active and they was from the litter.
RecommendedThe groomer took special care of my girl she's a rescue and wasn't real happy with the bath thing so I brought her to the puppy salon. She was such a good girl and they did a wonderful job I will bring her here from now on... thank you

I was told on the phone by a manager (Angie) that she would call and get rabies records for my dogs so they could be groomed. She had plenty of time because I made the appointments on Tuesday for Friday. We get all the way down there and were told that no records had been faxed and that they could not be seen. I would have picked up the records if needed and even offered, but she said she would take care of it. VERY inconvenient and the manager would not answer the phone when groomer tried to get in touch with her. Horrible ... read more
we use the pet Department there for our vet and they always have fast courteous service and they always show extra special attention my dogs when I take them up there so we have used to them 4 years now and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good bad to take your animals to and also as far as a pet store with all the different varieties of things that they have from food to toys xcetera
customer service is horrible.
I bought my dog a birthday bone & there was a fly and a maggot and a spider in there!! I am truly disgusted. Their betta fish are dead half the time and theres clearly a bug problem. Never ever again. (Bug video coming soon)
