Never taking our dog Bella back to the groomers here ever again. Her coat was very uneven. They didn't do half of the things they were supposed to. Told us it would be $42 and was given a bill for $66, and she was not herself for the rest of the day and acted scared to death.
I had some issues with placing orders online and then picking them up at the store . I ordered a collar in a size medium and they pulled a size large . My husband made a special trip to pick it up and it was wrong . They did not have the medium size. The same thing has happened with a previous order . When I mentioned it to Chris the manager, he went above and beyond to make the order correct by calling other stores to find the collar, and also gave me a gift certificate! We were there yesterday when an employee asked asked to pet my dog. When we walked around the register he noticed he was in training (his collar), and said "I just want to give him some love because he probably doesn't get spoiled much at home." This employee knew nothing about my dog because, as a matter of fact, he has it better than most humans...and he is abundantly loved. My dog is in training because he is deaf, so next time, I ask that you do not pass judgment before you know the whole story.
