scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog. I had previously brought him in at the hospital to be seen months earlier with no issues. he's not use to being around other dogs and barked a lot while waiting to be groomed. he never attacked anyone. Super friendly staff! Good selection of food and items for all sorts of pets.
We adopted a pit bull from them. He was well trained and still is. Microchipped and neutered. So thankful we found him.
Hamsters and smaller animals had no water in cages. One bird had gotten out and was actually trying to go back to its cage but no one seemed to care when I mentioned either... if you’re going to work at a place that sells animals have SOME compassion for them.
Went to the PetSmart at Hamburger in Lexington. Was there Friday at 5:30pm Employees were rude and short with me. I had major problems finding products and the curbside kept rejecting my order. I went in and people in the store were not being covid safe and the manager was short with me as she served customers at the cash register. They seemed understaffed and were out of a lot of products.
