Staff knows very little about the fish. Fish were dying as we were looking to buy. Dead fish stuck in the filters. Very sad sight to see. Didn't/Wouldn't buy there drove the extra miles to Petco where their staff is always knowledgeable and tanks are clean and fish are healthy.

Great staff to start with. Heather was wonderful with the purchase of our 120 tank, the staff was there to help her load it and make sure it didn’t shift in the back of the truck on our drive back to Berea. Thanks so much for the pleasant atmosphere and all the help. 120 salt water here we come. I’m so excited to start this tank. Billy and Shelly Robbins
