Went into this store today intending to get hermit crabs. Seen that they have some in the fish area, and waited by the tank they were in for a while, and the employee standing right by me did nothing to help me and ignored me. I clearly wanted to buy something, but they didn’t even ask me if I needed anything and walked away.
I bought a couple of items online from Petsmart. Picked it up at the door. Looked at the item and knew it was too small for Bo, even though it was what the size chart called for. I asked the same person who had just handed it to me if I could exchange for a larger size. Sorry no returns because of COVID-19. But I never even left the store! Sorry but you can come in and buy the right one. Are you kidding me right now??🤬🤬🤬

A huge thank you to Petsmart Lexington KY from Best Friends Animal Rescue of Logan County KY. We are located just south of Bowling Green KY and partner with them for adoptions. Today we had a meet and greet in Lexington and I called the store to ask if they had an available space for us to meet as there were 2 dogs meeting for the first time and I knew the store would be busy with many distractions.
