Ive used them 3x. On my 4th visit they tried to charge me an extra $15 saying my dog was a Schnauzer. He clearly isnt. I nicely told them that he was a wire fox terrier mix and they told me "we charge by what we think they look like". Im not paying extra just because they hire people that dont know breeds. I wish i could include a photo of him, needless to say ive chosen to go with a different groomer that doesnt randomly jack up their price.
