Christine the salon manager did the most beautiful job grooming Zoey. It was the best cut she has ever had. Zoey had the furminstor treatment for the 1st time . It was money well spent and Christine is the only person I will let groom Zoey from now on and she will always get the furminator. Zoey loved it and loved her. Christine has done her nails and sanity trim before and I knew Zoey liked her. I would give her a 10 if I could.
Animals were well cared for, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the store was well-stocked with various supplies.
Tonight was the first time our new puppy was to go out in public, so we decided to take him to Petsmart. On previous visits (when puppy was at home) the employees have largely been helpful and friendly; this time, however, I was forced to carry a crying, terrified German Shepherd pup around the store because every employee we encountered felt the need to make unnecessary loud noises. Great experience as always with grooming. My little doggie is always excited to go off with them. I think Ashley did the grooming. But everyone there seemed to love my dog and he them. Great place.
We just had Miss Bubbles groomed for the first time by Amber. She was sweet and did a wonderful job. Our fur baby looked happy and clean cut when we picked her up. We were so pleased I have already made her next appointment.
