just the last couple weeks my family bought 50.00 dollars in live fish tried to make sure we got what looked like the most healthiest, but thanks all the fish have died and now it looks like the fish we have had for a few years are going to too. and yes we have treated our tank for ick multiple times.
This petsmart in particular has horrible customer service. I was in there twice within 2 weeks, and left without even getting what I went in there for. The first time was because one of their male employees was very rude when my girlfriend asked if they had live feeder mice for my ball python. The second time was a different male employee. He basically ignored me when I went to check out. I will be ordering everything for my pets off of the internet or going elsewhere from now on. I love Gwen & Natasha! They bathe & trim my Jazmin’s nails. They always do a wonderful job! They’re both very sweet, friendly ladies! All of the other staff (associates) are friendly each time I’m in the store!
You can find everything you need and the staff is so helpful, especially Jackson!
They were so friendly when I brought my little June-Bug here as a puppy. I always love the selection of dog food and dog toys. I usually get a toy or treat for Juno every time I go. Petsmart is perfect for someone who wants to spoil their pet.
Care about the pets they sale and not just about making a sale. Make sure people know what they are getting into before selling something that requires alot of attention and will get alot bigger. I wonder how many pets end up dead because they don't inform the buyer about the care needed for the pet. Shame on you

Recently one of ur managers adopted a dog from a no-kill rescue in ky only to dump the poor baby past Mt Vernon Illinois. Thank God he was microchiped. Seriously need to look into that because that's just sick! How are u going to allow someone like that to be a manager at ur store?!?! Wondering what other illegal things he's done and got away with...
