The grooming department will not accept hand written rabies certificates even with the vets signature. We have horses and our vet has been coming out to our farm for 20 years and vaccinating our dogs and cats, many vets fill those forms out by hand. plus I have used the Knoxville location with the same paperwork for years.
i got my bearded dragon there.. after my first one died after four days. my dragon now is 8 months old and spoiled rotten. they have been great! they worked with me when I wasn't sure about getting my now dragon. they have been helpful when I have questions about my dragon they are so kind and love to see him when we come in. I would happily buy another dragon if I wasn't in public housing. they're better than pet food center, I will never go there again.. nobody is rude here, and nobody threatened to take my bearded dragon ... read more
Took our Goldendoodle for puppy training classes here and Anna was absolutely wonderful. So sweet to our dog and always working with us to fit our schedule! So happy with the service here. 😊
Just picked up my dogs and they completely shaved my shih tzu including her head which I did not ask for them to shave her head. She doesn’t even look like a shih tzu now. they charged me an extra $8 per dog for matting but they shaved them anyway? Each dog was $86, and for what I paid I am NOT happy with what we received in services.
PetSmart is the worse place to take your furbaby for grooming. we took our dog for first time since the covid he was pretty matted so was going to pay the 30 dollar additional charge soon as we got home was called to come get him they had the top of body shaved and the rest was hanging off of him said they couldn't do it cause he was so matted well took our dog to furkidzand Peyton straighted up all the messtht PetSmart couldn't do. so if you love your furbaby I definitely wouldn't recommend PetSmart take them to furkidz
The Paducah, Ky. store always have what we need for our furbabbies. Two outside dogs & three outside cats . Two inside cats & one Havanese breed 4 yr old . The customer service is Awesome. The store staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Always someone to help if you need help . We appreciate all they do to make our shopping an excellent experience. No complaints from me !! I appreciate my PetSmart & their employees !! We have to drive 60 miles round trip . No problem , this is the only place where we shop for our furbabbies ... read more
