Ik vroeg of ik m’n tuigje mocht ruilen m’n bon is weg. Ik gaf aan dat ik m’n pupje meenam en 1 of 2 maten groter wilde. Dat kon niet. Nee dat gaat niet dat zijn de regels. Als iemand de bon niet heeft en iets wil ruilen omdat t te klein is moet dat toch geen probleem zijn bij andere winkels doen ze daar niet moeilijk over als je van tevoren belt. De verkoopster had een velerende stem heeel irritant ik kom niet meer.
