Great first experience at my surgery . Can’t fault one bit from appointment waiting time to how professional and helpful my doctor was. Reception very helpful too
Went in the morning and was seen by Tim, he was really thorough and made me feel at ease. All the staff at this practice, have always been really friendly and caring.
Where lunacy meets healthcare. Ushered into using an AI service. Filled in the Klinik form for a skin condition that's suddenly got worse and is looking to split and turn ulcerous. Received a message saying I need to drive past St Column to Padstow to go use the blood pressure monitor as they don't have a current reading, and no mention of an appointment. Had to wait 5 weeks for an appointment and managed to see a doctor (eventually) after which she saw me for 5 minutes and booked me in for blood tests. 2 weeks later, all bloods came back as normal and the doctor commented on my file ‘no further action needed’ WITHOUT SOLVING MY PROBLEM! Had to phone every day for a week to get next steps only to be told that I would have to put in ANOTHER Cliniq form and wait for another appointment.
