I am re-editing my review. Petro finally agreed to take back the leak detection unit and, and they credited me for the full cost. Since they finally stepped up and did the right thing (in my mind), I will continue to give my business to Petro, as I've always been happy with their service. Update: Petro's response is even more infuriating. When I discussed my issue, I asked that the reps document my concerns in my file. I began working with PETRO last fall. They checked my lines and tank and made necessary repairs. The technician was an absolute gentleman. They provided delivery, regularly at fair prices and have been a pleasure to work with

Update: Petro's response is even more infuriating. When I discussed my issue, I asked that the reps document my concerns in my file. Petro should have taken the time to review my issue before sending this "boiler-plate" response. I am extremely disappointed with Petro. During my last service call, the technician recommended a WIFI leak detection device for my A/C air handler. He did tell me the cost was $233. I didn't think to challenge the cost, since I've been a loyal Petro customer for 35 years, and I trusted them. (Shame... read more
