After an emergency of the worst kind, knowing what's going to happen but not wanting it to. The staff are supportive caring & most of all there's not a bit of pushing you into making that choice but being gentle and supportive, we had to lose our fur baby to cancer, I must admit now I can look back they made it so much less hard and gave me and my partner all the support we needed and the time to let go also more importantly for us, our baby was with us and didn't suffer.
