I recently visited this café with my wife and daughter, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a birthday party in progress, which might explain the delay, but it shouldn't excuse the lack of service we experienced. We waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and after placing it, we had to wait an additional 40 minutes for only three basic sandwiches. My little Granddaughter went yesterday for her 4th Birthday! Absolutely gorgeous experience! Perfect for all little Princesses! I enjoyed it myself as much as she did!

What has happened to this place ! Such a shame as we’ve been visiting it since it opened and loved it here. However today was extremely disappointing. The cafe was empty - which is odd as I’ve never seen it like that. We took a seat and ordered. They’d run out of all juices apart from orange. The waitresses then came over and told us they’d run out of ice cream for the milkshake. Then the kitchen staff came out and said they’ve run out of mozzarella for the toastie.
