I had a new shower fitted by the team from Pete’s Plumbing and can’t praise the company enough, from the friendly efficient staff in the office to the incredibly clean and professional engineers who came to do the work. They arrived exactly when they said they would and despite some unforeseen issues beneath the floorboards they remained completely unfazed and completed an excellent job in record time, many thanks guys, great work.
Really disappointed,I went by the reviews and contacted this company for a quote for a bathroom refit.They completed initial assessment,we then went to their shop to pick fittings etc, this was back in April/may, they were due to email a quote, this didn't arrive. I put in a query about this via they website over a week ago and still no response. I like to support local businesses, unfortunately I am very disappointed at the lack of engagement from this one!
Really disappointed, waited months for work to be done on the day that was booked after I made arrangements to be at home. On the day 2 hours before got a call to say "can't come due to an emergency" but I can book you in 4 weeks from now.
Boiler repair: Outstanding and consciousness.Took the time and patience to fix an intricate broken wire and housing component. This fantastic attention to detail has meant that our 20+ year boiler lives on and saved us thousands of pounds. When the boiler does need to be replaced we will ask Pete’s Plumbing to do the job without hesitation. Very, very grateful!
