Carolyn and her team were excellent, going out of their way to provide reliable local trades people in helping me preparing for the sale of my property in Linlithgow, and delivering a sale in double quick time. We particularly valued the ease with which we were able to contact Carolyn and Karin, who gave a level of personal service which was second to none. Their experience and knowledge of the local housing market helped us through the process of selling our house in Linlithgow.
What a professional team in particular Carolyn who has enough patience for herself and sellers but she kept me sane during a very difficult time. She also made me 😂 laugh when I needed it most. Brilliant service, good advice, marketing exceptional. My advice is don't shop around just call Peterkin & Kidd.
Sold my house with P&K insanely quickly, helped us buy our new house too. Good communication, never bothered by our questions. I did unfortunately have to do my own house viewings which I didn’t love but I got nine viewings within the first week of it being on the market (!) and it went to the first people who viewed it so didn’t have to meet with all nine
