I was recommended this business by a friend who used them and clearly had a very different experience to me! I physically visited them last week and chose a carpet for my stairs. They entered my details in their diary and booked to come and measure this Tuesday. After being home all day, they called towards the end of the day to say they would have to call the next day instead.
