My experience was awful. Had 3 encounters. 1). In office, I was sent to him for poss lung cancer and need for biopsy. I learned more about his sons LDS mission. Referred me to a pulmonologist who did a biopsy but needed CV surgeon to do the deeper one. 2). 2nd biopsy set up with affleck, his partner showed the day of surgery, no affleck. 3). Affleck came to the ICU and told me “you have lung cancer, stage 3 Or 4. Sent me to another floor. Then was mad I hadn’t gone home. Said ins will deny

My experience with this office was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I called and spoke with Heidi, she was incredibly concerned about my pain and was eager to help me get where I needed to be as fast as possible. When I arrived for my appointment, Kaylee the MA was quick, efficient and exceptionally kind in getting me back to wait for Dr. Chachas. I was grateful that Dr Chachas didn't keep me waiting long, He came in, assessed me thoroughly and helped ease my anxiety as to what was goin

I was referred to Dr. Chachas from my primary care doctor and was able to be seen by him the next day. I’ll be having surgery on Friday and he explained everything that needed to be done so that I was able to understand it in layman’s terms.

I had hip surgery was able to finally sleep after 10 years of pain was up and walking the same day. I was walking with out a cane or crutches in about 10 days> I feel great and I'm excited about my life again. Thank you Dr. Novak

I very much enjoyed Dr Novak!! He explained the procedure very well and made me feel very comfortable!!!! I am very pleased with my hip replacement! I would highly recommend Dr NovaK!

I had a hip replacement with Dr. Novak in Oct. 2018. He was terrific-- he answered all of my questions, explained everything with great care and my hip feels good.
