I do not recommend Dr. Novak. As far as empathy and consideration for me (the patient) I was left feeling shocked and confused by how I was treated by him and things he said. I wish I had recorded the conversation because he didn’t put word for word what he had said about my injury in my appointment, in his doctors notes. If you’re seeking a doctor to ignore the pain you’re experiencing and having a difficult time 100% pinpointing and have some sort of irregularity show up in an MRI that the doctor brushes off as no big deal... read more
I honestly can say that Dr. Lau, is one of the best pediatricians i have ever met, she is very kind and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for my children. As a brand new parents of a very premature baby (now he is 5 yrs old), we experienced a lot of questions and doubts and Dr. Lau was always there for us, listening and answering to all of our questions. Dr Lau has been my grandson's primary physician going on 2 1/2 years. I trust her explicitly with his health care. She is compassionate and listens to his needs. My grandson feels very comfortable with her. I would and have recommended her to everyone I meet. I am happy that I found her.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Dr Lau was very kind to my children, made them feel as comfortable as possible during assessment, and in the clinic setting. She was able to listen to my concerns, educate, and she followed through with appropriate recommendations/referrals. We are very pleased so far!

Dr. Lau and her staff are wonderful. My 3 year old adores her and talks about her for days after a visit and she has been great to help work through the tummy issues with my newborn. On top of that, the online appointment scheduling is such a fantastic tool and we use it every time we need to get in. It would be difficult for me to consider taking my kids elsewhere.

Personable, took time to review with me my medical condition, and discuss my options
I just had a total right knee replacement. And I couldn’t be satisfied with the outcome. I have had other surgery’s over the past 20 years with Dr Novak and I wouldn’t trust anyone more.
My visit was great! The office staff were friendly and helpful. I was in and out with in a 1/2 hour!:) Dr. Affleck and his PA are very professional and great to deal with. My heart valve is performing great! So I am moving to every 2 year appointments!
