Dr Novak came highly recommended and I’m glad I chose him for my hip replacement. From the first visit, he listened to my comments and explained his procedures. He explained in detail what I should expect after the surgery, short term, mid term and to full recovery so I could plan my time and work schedule.
Absolutely wonderful. Highest degree of professionalism, highly competent, and fantastic bed-side manners. I certainly appreciate the fact that Dr. Novack is a very conservative physician and very detail oriented. His would be my very first choice for any other personal and family orthopedic intervcention.
Dr. Novak is my doctor of choice for ortho issues. He is good at explaining what the surgery will entail and recovery issues. He responds to questions quickly and with expertise. He knows me as a person and tailors his discussion to my needs. I will be using him again

He did my hip a couple of years ago. Did a great job! I appreciate his surgical skill, straight talk and nice bedside manner.
I was in pain management for 9 years. A doctor that I trusted. But he did not listen that my pain came from my hip I finally contacted Dr. Novak and with days of my right hip replacement 80% of all my back pain was gone. I had my left hip replacement 9 months later. He is my hero at this point. I can move and not hurt
I am 2 months post-op from my Total Knee Replacement with Dr. Novak. I have been very, very pleased with my outcome. I had the same surgery on my other knee 12 years ago and was over a year before feeling normal. This time I was walking 3 miles at 1 month post-op! Dr. Novak is a great clinician and always takes time to explain things thoroughly. He visited me frequently in the hospital and had a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him!
