From my first visit Dr Chachas and his team put your needs number one. Starting with Heidi in reception to Kaylee his medical assistant. I especially like Dr Chachas caring demeanor. He’s very good at listening to you and putting you at ease from the beginning. His straight forward diagnosis to how well he explains how and what needs to happen before during and after surgery is the best. I highly recommend Dr Chachas and his team.

Referred to Dr. Chachas after visiting the emergency room in St. Mark's. He was able to see us immediately and able to schedule a gallbladder surgery within the week. He is the best!

Absolutely wonderful. Highest degree of professionalism, highly competent, and fantastic bed-side manners. I certainly appreciate the fact that Dr. Novack is a very conservative physician and very detail oriented. His would be my very first choice for any other personal and family orthopedic intervcention.
Dr. Novak is my doctor of choice for ortho issues. He is good at explaining what the surgery will entail and recovery issues. He responds to questions quickly and with expertise. He knows me as a person and tailors his discussion to my needs. I will be using him again
I had shoulder surgery and then a post-op visit
All members of Dr Affleck staff were very professional, informative and caring . I still can not believe how fast the whole procedure went with no pain and quick recovery I do not know how you could possible improve the way I was treated and the end result where as I feel great. Thank You
