Failed us!! Terrible customer service. We booked in for a service and were told it would be the same day. On arrival, we were told we would have to leave it, and they "may get round to it tomorrow" If they tell me one thing about a schedule that turns out to be true, why would I believe they have done the work they are billing me for?
