CROOKS. Dishonest
The worst Company I have ever dealt with. They don't pay the rent they receive from our tenants, incorrect commission charged when they do pay, no monthly statement despite asking them to provide one. Head of lettings Marc Howells never returns telephone calls, probably as his What's app statement is 'always at the gym'. Kate in the maintenance team is extremely rude.
