I went into the shop on Thursday.Found a fabulous pair of glasses.Went to specsavers a few weeks before,what a disappointment they were.My percription was totally wrong.I asked for a refund which they reluctantly gave.I can’t thank Peter Marston enough for his fabulous customer service.At last I found exactly what I wanted with the help of my Grandaughter Brooke.Will never walk in specsavers again.

I too am doubtful that I will ever take possession of the specs that were supposed to have been ordered for me at the end of August. I paid a part deposit in cash and the phones weren't working in the Hove shop. They still aren't working and repeated texts have brought no response.
I left a pair of specs to be repaired in February this year - no sign. I ordered a new pair of specs in April - no sign. It's a total disaster area.
Peter is great! He saved both my elderly Grandmother's + Great Aunt's sight. He looks after me + my family very well. He is able to directly refer to the eye hospital, when necessary, rather than via your GP/doctor 1st (which can take some time) as he is an Opthomatrist as well as an Optician. I would highly recommend his service 🙂
