Can't rate the service I received highly enough! Nicole was professional, welcoming and reassuring throughout and made the whole experience relaxed and effortless. The micro suction worked a treat too and now I can hear again! Highly recommended.
I attended for removal of earwax by micro-suction. I was treated with respect, courtesy and friendliness by the operative and her trainee, who performed most of the treatment. The service I received was highly professional.
Really grateful that Nicole managed to fit me in on the day I called as I was going on hols next day. She was great. Explained what she was doing and it was all very informal, relaxed yet professional. Listening to music now and it's like having a new HiFi. Thank you
This review is only about the Support Team as I have yet to meet with Mr. Byrom at a later date. Having first made an appointment for a 90+ elderly, I subsequently emailed to ask about wheelchair assistance on site and to express my concern that the elderly needs both translation and help because of reduced mobility. The Support Team was careful to listen to our needs, never being impatient or overly-promising to end the conversation.
