Customer service that went above and beyond! I ordered 2 duvet covers on Wednesday night, I got free standard delivery, so wasn't expecting them to arrive straight away. However, I received a courtesy phone call on Thursday morning to say that due to them being in different depots, there would be a small delay sending. Buying a new bed after 35yrs was a wonderfully stress-free experience thanks to Fabian and the team at Betteridge. Very professional, and good advice without being pushy. They came round, set up the new bed, took away the packaging and my old bed, no mess. Very efficient. I am now enjoying a improvement to my back which has been bad for longer than I care to admit!!!!
After enjoying the luxury of Muhldorfer feather pillows on a cruise, I had to buy some for our bed at home! A quick google search brought up Peter Betteridge. They were very easy to purchase online and they arrived very quickly and well packaged. The pillows were superb as I expected and the delivery very prompt.
