Patriot Place Urgent Care Center is just great. It is so wonderful not to have to go to an ER for urgent matters when your doctor's office is closed. I have been here several times for myself and family. Reception staff and the medical staff are great. I have always been seen quickly and received excellent care. Thanks!
My sister spent the last 2 and a 1/2 weeks of her life on the fifth floor .. 5B. Each and every doctor nurse and aide treated my sister with dignity compassion and respect . My family and I will forever be grateful for the kindness of all there I would give a 10 star if available THANK YOU ❤
I gave them a 5 star rating because the staff, nurses and the team of Dr's there saved my sons life 4 years ago in Aug 2010. A big thanks for all you do this is now my families Hospital. I can't express my Thanks to all of you who cared for him and myself. THANK YOU!
Very good with good doctor
I was in Brigham & Women's the past five days. There are four nurses that deserve public appreciation: from the 5th floor Maternity Labor and Delivery: Leah, Lindsey and Holly. You all went above and beyond your standard nurse's duties to help me get through the most horrible loss a mother could ever experience and for that I will be eternally grateful to you all. I had to take my 87 year old Mom for an appointment at 500 Brookline Ave. yesterday. She uses a walker and cannot see very well. We parked in the garage, and being our first time there, we had a lot of trouble finding, and getting her into the clinic. We wandered around trying to keep stable on the brick sidewalks and had to call a nurse to come an assist us with a wheelchair and get us into the right building. I was diagnosed with massive severe heart failure at 24 years old and emergency rushed down there from Bangor and the Doctors there not only saved my life but the whole staff made me and my family feel very comfortable while there so much love for this place
