It's has always been a pleasure being part of the Brigham and Women's Hospital I must say I have met some wonderful people in my time here and will continue to do some.

If I could have given them more stars I would have! First- the amazing doctors, who are more than knowledgeable and can answer any and all of your questions with patience and a straightforward approach, but with actual human compassion and caring that even many smaller hospitals couldn't hold a candle to! What a huge disappointment. After a long drive for an outpatient appointment, this is what I found: a cold, seemingly uncaring, unwilling to answer simple questions factory-like institution. Lack of honesty from the Doctor who was mostly unresponsive, unwilling to answer my questions and made it obvious that he had no "interest" what-so-ever. Being clinical and efficient, to me, should never replace compassion, or even a "show" of caring. RIP Compassion! RIP B&W
I have had my 2 baby girls there and I am so happy I did. Dr. Goldman and the other Dr I have had there were amazing. I also love how you just have one person coming in your room to care for you and baby. With both my girls Dr Goldmen made a point to come to my room and check on me. He was not even working there on those days.
