I was very disappointed today by what is usually an attentive and helpful valet service. We are usually approached by a helpful person asking if we are visiting or do we have an appointment NO one even approached us and when trying to drop my 80 year old mother who has had cancer 5 different times they all stood to the left in the valet lane. This is the lane I guess we're expected to hand the healthy, young parking attendants our keys and it's the elderly sick patients that are expected to cross 2 busy lanes of cars to get ... read more
The staff on 6b go far above and beyond with the care they take for and with us patients. If it weren't for them and the support they give and offer I know I wouldn't have been in the right state of mind to fight and eventually win this battle against Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
Leave early not easy too get to but when u do it ok
My husband was there for a few days last month . He was a transfer from another hospital and when admitted he had a walker. The walker had his name on it. It had little skis on the back. When discharged it was no where to be found. I guess a nurse took it for another patient and it was never returned. That was personal property and I consider it a theft. I contacted the hospital and someone contacted me to say someone would follow up. It been 2 weeks. No one has the decency to follow up. You make think its inconsequential. Y... read more
The room was warmer than I would have liked, but everyone was very accomodating and pleasant during my three day stay. Would highly recommed this hospital to anyone.
