I go to this hospital for a number of different illnesses that I have. They have a wonderful staff who are always helpful when I need it. The doctors and nurses are amazing. I have never meet doctors and nurses who are so caring and compassionate to their patients. This is a great hospital and I highly recommend it!
Best hospital on earth. Dr Peter Banks and Dr Lisa Breen saved my daughters life. The staff at Brigham are brilliant and so caring. I can't speak highly enough about this hospital

My mom is currently hospitalized here since Wednesday. I must say the inpatient care is awful. Only one nurse (Sheila) knows what she's doing. (My mom is in the Shapiro building). I rang for help on different occasions and a PCA asks what's wrong, we tell her she says she needs a nurse, it took them almost 2 hours to come back, mind you I pressed the button more than once and went out to ask.
