This is not a way to treat emergency room patient, he has a cancer, he is in pain and we came for heart problem to emergency room and they did EKG and they send us to waiting room outside . Can you believe the best hospital and the worse emergency room .... OMG

Edited June 7th 2018 I have been using BWH since my original cancer diagnosis in 2007. I have had a stem cell transplant 2008 and Umbilical Stem Cell Transplant in 2011. The care was fantastic. I was given shock of my life in July 2017. I was told I Acute Leukemia after six years in remission. My inpatient therapy started July 24th and was to be discharged three weeks later.
