I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to give a big shout out to Karen Wills, who showed me a property today in Cheltenham. I was probably her last appointment on what was a very hot day, but you wouldn’t have known it—she was absolutely brilliant. Chose to go to best-and-final offers 20 hours before my viewing… frustrating when I have spent several hours researching the property already. In my experience it’s usually a sign of an agency that can’t be bothered doing any more viewings when they know they have several offers already and a few thousand pounds extra won’t change their commission much.
