Shocking customer service! Never answered the phone then when they did, never passed messages on or returned calls! They lost a good customer!
Gethin was fantastic to work with—professional, friendly, and truly dedicated. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find my dream home with ease. Great communication and excellent customer service throughout. Highly recommend!
What can I say about Gethin? He’s a superstar! Squished in viewings back to back for us on short notice, sounded us out to hear what we wanted and found 3 properties that met our requirements. When we had an offer accepted via another agent, he was courteous and gracious. Hope we cross paths again. What a credit to the company.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The most terrible experience from the beginning with Peter Alan Rumney. None of the staff had a clue what was going on at any point, clueless during the sales process, didn’t ever follow up, were rude, unhelpful and didn’t even know we were completing on the day I dropped in the keys.
