This Estate Agency, have cost me a lot of money, they haven't kept me informed or updated, I've had one viewing from some one who intimated, they had been asked to view my property to keep me happy, when I asked to withdraw my property, the female I spoke to was rude and nasty, and informed me that they were sole agents and their fee would be payable if I sold with anyone else before my contract ended, this all from an NAEA member, DO NOT trust them with your property it's just not worth the trouble...
