This agency failed to follow standard industry protocols for dispute resolution. Instead of investigating a breach of regulations, they used intimidation and false allegations to silence a valid concern. We have found their management style to be retaliatory, when a tenant points out a legitimate issue, the response is to target the messenger rather than fix the problem.
