Had a maintenance problem where the overflow was shooting across my garden, the stop tap wasn't stopping it and it continued for over an hour and a half, dealing with these people was impossible, they were rude and unhelpfull, I received an email saying no reply for landlord we have to wait (you do not) it's an emergency, I'm loosing water at a rapid rate. It is YOUR duty to act on behalf of the landlord in emergency situations if contact cannot be established.
Had a viewing for a property scheduled in for 16.45 Friday. No one bothered to turn up and no one answered the phone. Complete waste of time safe to say won’t be using them again.
