Would have given 0 stars if I could. The Cardiff staff is, without exaggeration, the worst customer experience I have had with a letting agent. The culture there seems built on hostility and dismissiveness. Four staff in particular stand out for being incredibly talented at one thing: disrespecting tenants. Instead of quoting the very contract they issued me, they tried to strengthen their arguments using Google snippets and AI-style commentary while ignoring the clear wording of their own agreement.
