I had a great experience letting my property with James. The property was rented out very quickly, and throughout the process, there was a lot of coordination to manage with deliveries and installations. James was incredibly patient, responsive, and supportive throughout. His communication was excellent, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
Cant comment on the sales department but have been letting property with this store for the last 4 years and have had problems all the way through. Looking to change now. Stay away they have made it more difficult than renting it yourself!
Contacted this branch recently as we are relocating from the Manchester area. Seemed really helpful at first, took our details and then nothing.... Poor service, promised to be emailed and called back and you never hear back from anyone. Spent over a week with this branch trying to actually get somewhere, eventually gave up. Wouldn't recommend.
James and Ethan were very helpful. Responding to emails, phone calls promptly and helping me through my house renting process.
