Shower drain We've used Pete the Plumber before and will again. Josh came out to look at our plugged drain. I had tried some drain opener and tried to poke something down there to determine what was blocking the drain with no avail. Not only did Josh fix the problem, he also looked at our tub and 2 other sink drains because I wanted to be proactive. New Furnace and Tankless hot water Nathan came outbtondo our quota. He was wonderful! Very polite, honest. Gave us a couple quotes, let us decide on which we preferred. Also there to answer any questions. Chris and Shawn were our service men. They spent three days installing out new gas line, water tank and furnace. Everything went off with out a hitch. They cleaned up after themselves, they were careful with our cats. We were 100% satisfied!! We have used them before and we will use them again if we ever need anything.

New furnace and hot water tank - fabulous install! Our hot water tank was nearing its end of life, so we decide to replace it and the furnace (which was aging rapidly as well). We arranged to have some measurements done and then, ultimately, the installation. The measurements were taken quickly and then the day of the installation came. WOW! Furnace Replacement We were very impressed with the service from start to finish. Nathan spent a couple of hours with us, ensuring that we were getting the best furnace for our needs and at an affordable cost. Shawn and Chris came to remove our old furnace and installed a new one. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and completed the work on time and very efficiently. Hot Water Heater Replacement Our old water heater started leaking so I looked at HomeStars plumbers ratings. I chose three companies to speak to. I asked the person who answered the phone at the first company to give me an idea of what they'd charge to replace my water heater and the model of heater they'd instal. They weren't prepared to answer either question on the phone and were quite curt; that was the end of them. The second company indicated a fairly high price. The third was Pete the Plumber. Service Great service. Went to the showroom and asked questions, booked a service call to repair the humidifier and the work was done quickly and competently. We would use this company again.

Hot water tank leak We developed a leak in our hot water tank which was spraying water all over. We had a plumber here in 2 hours and fixed shortly thereafter. As it was the weekend we were very pleased with the prompt service.

Blocked sewage line I called Pete because I'd had a good experience with them years ago, but sadly this experience was horrible. The plumber cleared the sewage line, but damaged my tile floor and then denied it, and padded his time with idle chit chat, and left bits of sewage water as he moved his equipment up the stairs. I would no longer recommend Pete the Plumber.

Toilet replacement I want't sure if my problem was a plumbing problem or a toilet problem but was showed what the issue was and replaced my toilet was replaced in a timely manner. This complany was respectful and professional and I will always call Pete the Plumber.
