Five Star Service! My toilet developed a leak. I had a couple jobs done by Pete The Plumber quite a few years back, and was happy with them. So I decided to use their service. A lady promptly answered the phone, and dispatched a technician right away. The technician, a polite young man named Adam, showed up right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, did the repair, and tested to ensure there was no more leak after the fix. I am very satisfied with their service.

My Rating is 10 out of 5 - the service was outstanding Realized my hot water heater was leaking. We had two water heaters as we have heated floors in the basement. Only Pete the Plumber (Jason) came in a let me know my existing set up was no longer to code and that I required new permits and a whole new set up. He was able to explain the requirements (provided me with the complaince guidelines), the benefits of thenew system and I even decided to get a water softener (my idea). 40 gal gas hot water tank replacement The work was done by an experience plumber in a few hours and we would recommend this company to anyone for quick and efficient service It was great joy to have hot water again

Air Conditioning Install We contacted Pete the Plumber in late January/early February to provide a quote for an AC install in our home. Nathan, the estimator, was incredibly professional and did an excellent job in answering our questions and providing us some recommendations on what units would work for us. Pete the Plumber is the best in Calgary What else can I say other than THANK YOU to Pete and his super talented crew. Disappointing to say the least For the last few years have been using Pete the Plumber for our cross connection tests for City of Calgary. Last years we paid $600 for supposedly ussues that had to be corrected. Today when we called Pete the Plumber to check out an issue with our new boiler (4 years old), the initial cost of the house call was $300, without doing any assessment. If you want to be taken advantage of - because they know they can, call Pete the Plumber

In reference to"supposedly" issues -we do not have customers incur work that is not needed -and I would be happy to discuss the second part of the comment as our service call rate is $60.00 so the only explanation at this point is that is was overtime during Christmas and I am certain most people understand that we have to pay technicians an absolute premium to work through Christmas and New Years,-otherwise are pricing is very reasonable and competitive -Sincerely Jackie Prince General Manager
Furnace problem fixed quickly & efficiently Got home from vacation to find my Furnace not working. Since Atco had replaced the circuit board back in Dec. I called them assuming it was under warranty, they identified the problem as pressure switch & told me where to get one and how to install it, which I did.
